Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods ...

The preferred Shipping Method we use is My Hermes and all International Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail. All orders are sent via Recorded signed for method. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy bulk orders via Courier. We ask that you allow 14 Days for U.K purchase and 28 Days International for delivery to occur before advising non receipt.


Returns Information ...

Most of our items are Custom Made to Order and as such are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. This means that if you order incorrectly or decide that the item is not the Colour you imagine etc, the item is non returnable. Please ensure you are happy with your choices before completing Checkout. Please be aware that any Colour advice is for guidance only as differing monitors can show different Colour Pantones.


All items are covered by our RTB warranty in cases of suspected Manufacture Defect. RTB = Return To Base (Customer is responsible for return carriage costs). We are not liable for any carriage costs in returning the goods for inspection. We advise that returned goods be sent recorded delivery so that the package is traceable, we are only responsible for the goods after we receive them. This excludes items damaged in transit, these will be replaced at no cost to you.

NOTE: We will not refund any return postage costs for any items shipped outside the UK. Any returns that have been subject to failed application are excluded from this policy.


Damaged Goods ...

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We will try to resolve this ASAP. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.
